Doors Open Day - 09/22/2019

For the fifth consecutive year, the archaeological team exploring the prehistoric salt-production and urban center, Provadia-Solnitsata (5500 - 4350 BC) is organizing an Open Doors Day Over the past two years, over 1300 people from all over the country and abroad have visited the center. The team of experts introduced visitors to the new discoveries and the enormous importance of the complex for prehistoric Europe. Come and join us on September 22, 2019, from 8:00, am to 3:00 pm. Experience the mysteries of Europ's oldest city, the history of the oldest stone fortresses on the old continent, and discover traces of ancient earthquakes. It will be a great pleasure for us to present to you the story of the unique complex and to introduce you to our latest discoveries! We are expecting you!
